I forgot a couple of items after I have paid, can I combine postage?

Yes, you can! If you make a second order before the first order is posted, Bow'd It will happy combine the postage.
Please contact us immediately, before paying the second order so we can remove the postage fee.

What payment methods do you take?

We take multiple payment options, these include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay. Please note that Afterpay is available on Bow'd It orders of $50.00 and above. 

What are your turn around times for shipping? 

Currently orders are processed and shipped within in 2-3 days of payment. There may be the occasional delays if there is a special event/sale which may take a little longer due to high volumes of orders.

Shipping times with Australia Post may vary depending on the type of shipment option selected.  Please refer to the Australia Post webpage for further detail.

How much is shipping?

All items shipped by Bow'd It are via Australia Post and are tracked.  Bow'd it currently offers two (2) tracking options;

• $13.50 - Standard Postage
• $17.50 - Express Postage

Shipping options are displayed and selected at check out. 

Where do you ship?

Bow'd It currently ships only in Australia at the moment.

I want to try and get a custom clay made, can you do this?

This definitely can be looked into with our suppliers, however, there may be a minimum order quantity required. Please contact Bow'd It and we can discuss what the options are.

Can I order bulk items?

Bow'd It is not a wholesaler, we are only a small business. As such stock and items are limited and may be occasionally unavailable. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
