Bow'd It currently only ships within Australia. Currently orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of payment. There may be the occasional delays if there is a special event and/or sale which may take a little longer due to high volumes of orders.
All items shipped by Bow'd It are via Australia Post and are tracked.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items arrive damaged during transit, please contact Bow’d It within 48 hours of receipt of the items including photo(s) of the item. All items are shipped with Australia Post with tracking and insurance by default. Currently Australia Post come with $100 worth of cover for loss or damage items, however, this is managed and subject to their terms and conditions.
Bow’d It is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen items once in transit. In these instances, Bow’d It will assist the customer with dealing with Australia Post. Further information regarding Australia Post Compensation for lost or damaged items can be found here.
If your order is valued over $100, Bow’d It recommends you should consider purchasing Extra Cover (at an additional cost to the customer). Bow’d It does not provide this additional insurance, this is an additional cost with Australia Post.
