Refund policy

At Bow'd It you have 30 days to return your items from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is returned in an unused, and in its original condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or when an item(s) is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or the item is not fit for its intended purpose. Bow’d It reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the failure is minor, Bow’d It reserves the right to offer to replacement only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund.
 
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the purchase was made through a buy now pay later facility, the refunded (if approved by Bow'd It) money will be returned to the account held, and the balance will then be adjusted accordingly in accordance with the facilities terms and conditions.
